Although both the DateTime and DateTimeOffset structures intrinsically express dates and times in relation to the Gregorian calendar, the .NET Framework supports an additional 12 calendars. This topic examines how to work with dates and times that are expressed in specific calendars and how to convert dates between one calendar and another.
