DSQLT - Dynamic SQL Templates

Use Stored Procedures as templates for dynamic SQL statements.
Substitute parameters @0-@9 with values like objectnames or list of columnnames.
Iterate over cursor-resultset instead of constant values.
Write object-independent algorithms in T-SQL.
